Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond delivers the Budget today at 12.30pm, his first since filling the shoes of George Osborne.
It will be his first and last Spring Budget after announcing the Government's primary fiscal statement will henceforth occur in the Autumn.

This means there will be a second Budget in November which could make this one a bit of a damp squib.
The Chancellor has already said there will be no big giveaways. He is expected to save major tax changes until Brexit negotiations have been triggered later this year.
